Teams are encouraged to register through the MAPS program of AGWM. Visit www.goag.org/goag/teams/ to register your short-term missions team through the Assemblies of God.

- Receive an invitation/approval from the host missionary
- Receive an invitation/approval from the national church (with the assistance of the host missionary)
- Secure travel insurance: We encourage you to obtain travel insurance coverage through AGWM. (See below for more info.)

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is required for all short-term missions teams. We encourage you to obtain travel insurance coverage through AGWM. The following are the necessary forms and insurance info. You can also visit www.goag.org/goag/teams/ to get the forms and more details. Please send your host missionary proof of travel insurance for the team before arriving on the field.

Getting Ready
- BUDGET APPROPRIATELY: Don't forget to include ground expenses in your budget. Make sure you have all the necessary information before setting the cost of your short-term missions trip.
- CHECK OUT RECREATION OPTIONS: Coordinate with your host missionary to plan an itinerary for your missions team. Check out our team recreation page to look into options for your team's down day and times.
- TEAM MEMBER FORMS: We have provided a suggested team member packet to assist you. You may want to tailor it more specifically to your team. The packet includes assumption of risk, code of conduct, team member information and a brief orientation on ministering in Swaziland.
